Our patio sealers are manufactured as tinted or clear, matt or gloss solutions and are all developed to the highest standards. They are all supplied ready-to-use and are very easy to apply straight from the container. Our Swiss-Seal clear patio sealers are also guaranteed to be non-yellowing, to maintain the original colour.

Our patio sealers are designed to enhance, protect, and seal your beautiful patio or paved area and provide a high level of oil and water-resistance, ensuring your patio is protected from the harsh British weather elements for many future years. The Swiss-Seal sealers are also designed and produced to limit further weed and plant growth and lock the sand into the joints of the brickwork. All our patio sealers are high solids, tough, hard wearing acrylic co-polymer resins in virgin solvents and the high concentration of polymer in the Swiss-Seal patio sealers delivers a hard-wearing finish.

Whatever you do, don’t be influenced by cheaper, poorer alternatives that won’t provide the long-lasting protection you get from Swiss-Seal patio sealers. We have many years’ experience making patio sealers of the highest quality that do the job you want them to do. There is very little point spending money on a patio, only to shorten its life by using inferior patio sealers.

Our most popular patio sealers and accessories include the Swiss-Seal Top – Loc Sealer which is a water-based acrylic sealer that can be used on block paving, patio flags, roof tiles and brick, concrete and even  stone walls. The Top-Loc sealer is a tough hard-wearing acrylic coating that is non-yellowing and water-based, and with the added advantage that it can be used in damp conditions.

The Swiss-Seal Patio Sealer Renovator is suitable for all surfaces including concrete, imprinted concrete, concrete slabs, block paving and stone, and is one of our most popular patio sealers. It leaves a glossy, wet-look finish to the surface it is applied to and is solvent-based. 10 litres cover 40 sq. metres, 20 litres cover 80 sq. metres, 25 litres cover 100 sq. metres, and 5 litres cover 20 sq. metres, so we have plenty of volume options for you to purchase no matter what your patio size.

The Swiss-Seal Slate Grey Tinted Patio Sealer Renovator  is a sealer that is also suitable for all surfaces including concrete, imprinted concrete, concrete slabs, block paving and stone. The solvent-based sealer leaves a glossy, wet-look finish to your patio. It is ready-to-use, non-yellowing, and easy to apply, meaning you can get beautiful results in no time at all.

At Swiss-Seal we also supply a range of accessories to help you apply your patio sealer or renovator, including the Professional Roller & Tray set which includes a 15″ paint scuttle, a 12″ deep-pile roller and extendable telescopic pole. The set provides an easy way of applying our solutions onto block paving, concrete, stone, and imprinted concrete as well as your patio.

We also have the 8-litre light pressure sprayer with back strap which is suitable for spraying all our patio sealer options, making the application easy and time efficient. It comes with Viaton solvent-resistant rubber seals and can be cleaned and re-used.

At Swiss-Seal, we also make a range of tarmac renovators specially developed for tarmac driveways and tarmac paths. Our tarmac renovator is based on a tough, hard wearing acrylic resin and contains the highest quality pigments and a long-lasting fungicide to give great wear properties and is available as a black tarmac renovator, red tarmac renovator  and green tarmac renovator.
